Alipay Singapore Term's and Conditions

• The Alipay Singapore loyalty program is intended for use with ALIPAY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD by Users who register online in Singapore only.
• The Alipay Singapore loyalty program allows you to accumulate Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program points ("Points"), based on purchases you make at Alipay Singapore merchants or through running campaigns.
• The value of the Loyalty Points is 1 (one) point earned = 1 (one) Singapore Dollar that can be spent at a designated Singaporean merchant.
• Alipay Singapore reserves the right to delete accumulated Points from User accounts after an inactive period of 18 (eighteen) months without any prior notification to the User.
• Your application will not be accepted for approval if the information provided is incomplete and/or illegible, thereby rendering it unusable.
• In case your Alipay Singapore account has been compromised, please approach the User support as soon as possible within operating hours to report the issue.
• Subject to clause IX below, Points entitle you to purchase products available for Sale at the designated merchants.
• To qualify for the purchase using Points, you must have a positive Alipay Singapore point balance. There is no limit to the number of times you may use your Points in a day.
• Points can be used by you as sole payment funds as well. Points accumulated by you cannot be transferred to any other Alipay Singapore User nor exchanged for cash.
• Points are personal and non-transferable.
• You may check your Points accumulated by you by logging in into your Alipay Singapore account.
• In the event of such modification and/or suspension, Alipay Singapore will notify its User's via email or SMS, as well as communicate this on our website. Users will not receive any compensation from Alipay Singapore in the event of modification or suspension of the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program.
• Users who require Alipay Singapore to delete the User's data from Alipay Singapore’s database will forthwith lose any and all Points accumulated by the User in that database and/or linked to his or her Alipay Singapore Loyalty account. The data of the User will be deleted afterwards from the Alipay Singapore database.
• Alipay Singapore shall not be liable for any system malfunction, system failure or disruption in access to the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program, or any consequences, direct or indirect, arising from the same.
• Alipay Singapore shall not be liable or responsible for any fraud or unsuccessful transactions made using Points.
• Alipay Singapore may at appropriate time and at its sole discretion revise these Terms & Conditions of use at any time by amending this page without giving its Users prior notice. Users are therefore advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes Alipay Singapore has made. Users understand and agree that any use of the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program after the date on which the Terms & Conditions have changed are subject to the amended Terms & Conditions.

Alipay Singapore Rights and Privileges

Alipay Singapore reserves the right to:
• Closed loop - the Points can be used only at one particular merchant.
• Semi open loop - the Points can be used at a specified group of merchants.
• Open loop - the Points can be used at any Alipay Singapore merchant within a certain region.

Alipay Singapore Data Protection Parameters

• Alipay Singapore collects data from and about its Users who join the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program solely for the following purposes:
⊗ To keep track of member's purchase records.
⊗ To allocate Points according to member's purchase records;
⊗ To up-date Users about Alipay Singapore's sales programs (eg. promotions, news, brand offerings etc.).
⊗ To up-date our profiling of member's preferences so that we may tailor our products and services to serve User's/Users better.
• Alipay Singapore may from time to time, share such data collected with related companies within the Alipay Singapore group of companies only. In this context, Alipay Singapore may also transfer such data outside the territory of Singapore, in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Privacy Act.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any data submitted to Alipay Singapore and Alipay Singapore does not guarantee the accuracy of data collected by Alipay Singapore from its Users.
• Alipay Singapore will protect User data for whichever is the earlier of the following
⊗ a period of 15 years after User's record is first created in Alipay Singapore's database records.
⊗ a period of 10 years after the death of a User.
• Alipay Singapore reserves the right to delete completely specific User's data from Alipay Singapore's database in the event that the said Users' Usership in Alipay Singapore's Loyalty Program is terminated and/or the said User's Points are terminated for any reason whatsoever.
• Alipay Singapore reserves the right to delete all Users' data in its database in the event that the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program is terminated for any reason whatsoever.
• VII. Users have the right to request for the amendment or deletion of his/her data provided to Alipay Singapore.

Alipay Singapore Disclose of User's Data

Alipay Singapore shall be entitled to disclose User's/Users' data to only the following:
• Alipay Singapore's solicitors for purposes of legal advice, settlement of dispute or litigation to protect Alipay Singapore's interest.
• Alipay Singapore's affiliate or subcontractors that managed Alipay Singapore's Loyalty Program.
• Persons involved in collecting a debt owed by that User/member to Alipay Singapore.
• Persons identified in a Court subpoena in compliance with any Court subpoena.
• Any government institution who has made a lawful request for such data.
• To a statistician for scholarly or research purposes.
• Where such disclosure is required by law.

Other Conditions

• Alipay Singapore reserves the right to replace Points with any other reward of similar value as determined by Alipay Singapore.
• Alipay Singapore shall be entitled to treat all instructions, whether oral, in writing or electronic, relating to Points or the use or redemption of Points, which are purportedly given to the Alipay Singapore.

• Alipay Singapore's decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program shall be final and binding on all Users.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Alipay Singapore Loyalty Program, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and all Users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore
• A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms & Conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Cap 53B to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions
• Alipay Singapore shall not be liable if it is unable to perform its obligation under these Terms & Conditions, due directly or indirectly to the failure of any machines or communication system, industrial disputes, wars, Act of God, or anything outside the alert of Alipay Singapore or its servants and/or employees.
